The 1930 team welcomes you to come and taste dishes inspired by the South-West.
Chef Guillaume Germanaz will concoct dishes for you using fresh, local and seasonal products, with a hint of the Basque Country where he lived for a long time. Asian or Savoyard accents in his kitchen? not surprising from a Chef with multiple origins! He is assisted by his second, Laurent Boulon, who also worked in gastronomic catering.
Pastry chef Jérémie Grondin has mastered the art of making you regret not having had dessert when you see your friends melting with pleasure…. Indulge !
